Datatrek Xtreme, Inc. via it's predecessor entities and management have been in the micro computer business since the micro computer was first introduced in 1978. The Company began at the same time in Los Angeles, California and was purchased by the company's Executive Vice President who was employed there since 1982. The Company's Executive Vice President, Robert Frank actually had his first experience with computers when he was Counsel to the House Committee on House Administration of the United States House of Representative where he was instrumental in having the very first computerized voting system in the U.S. House of Representatives installed. In 1989 the Company was moved from the West Coast to the East Coast to be closer the country's hub, Washington, D.C. Since the Company started in business it has had experience with almost every computer on the market. The Company has always provided better computers to a wide range of customers at a very competitive price. We have always had the attitude that if a computer can do, we'll make it work.
