WARRANTY: Reconditioned Terminals
- Units returned as warranty claims must be accompanied by
copy of original purchase invoice and an RMA#.
Please call us at 410-527-9800 to obtain the RMA# prior to shipment.
- Shipping charges to Datatrek are customer's responsibility. Datatrek will repair or replace the unit and pay the shipping charges for sending unit back to customer via standard UPS Ground service.
- If the unit is dead on arrival, customer must notify us within 10 working days. Datatrek will cover inbound and outbound freight
via standard UPS Ground Service.
- Returned units must be adequately packed. We are unable to accept units that are poorly packed and/or shipped in ragged boxes that are broken up in shipment.
- Spillage, lightning, droppage, or any acts of God are not
covered under this warranty.
